Ditch The Dairy

Some people find it very easy to go vegan, but others have a struggle due to their "addiction" to milk, cheese and other dairy products. If you are having such a struggle then I can help you. By profession I'm a hypnotherapist and I have used the same techniques I use with my clients to record a self-hypnosis mp3 to help you avoid dairy products. Hypnosis helps change habits at a subconscious level.

Here are some of the reasons to avoid dairy products:

  • Cow’s milk is a baby food to turn a calf into a cow
  • Humans are the only species that intentionally drink milk a) after being weaned off breast milk and b) drink the milk from other species.
  • Milk, cheese, butter etc all contain animal fats that can raise your cholesterol
  • These fats can also put you at risk of heart attack and other diseases
  • The growth hormones in dairy products have been linked to breast cancer and prostate cancer
  • To produce milk the cow has to be made pregnant year after year (through artificial insemination)
  • The male offspring produced by the cows cannot be used in dairy herds so most of these calves are killed. Others may be raised for veal.
  • Dairy cows regularly suffer from painful mastitis
  • The methane produce by cows contributes to global warming
  • The poo from cows can leach into rivers causing pollution of waters
The cd had been made as an mp3 you can listen to online. Only listen to it while seated comfortably with your eyes closed, and certainly not while driving or operating machinery. The benefit comes from repeated listening.
