You can now buy a selection of non-leather shoes and belts at Vx , a shop run by "The Secret Society of Vegans" in Kings Cross. Elsewhere in London, if you are looking for elegant sustainable fashion then visit Bourgeois Boheme in Richmond (which is in south-west London).
Ouside London, Vegetarian Shoes is in Brighton (less than one hour by train from Victoria Station).

Holland & Barrett There are a number of Holland and Barrett health food shops in London and moist sell vegan snacks as well as Redwoods vegan products.
The Major Supermarkets
We have found that Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Marks and Spencer are now selling an increased amount of organic fruit and vegetables. However the amount of cooked food that they supply that is suitable for vegans is limited. Please refer to the Vegan Shopper which can be purchased from the Vegan Society.
